Responsibilities include obtaining medical history, performing medical evaluations and tests, initiating appropriate medical management, dispensing medications, counseling patients and systematic documentation.

Qualifications

Required:

  • NP must have Advanced degree in nursing. Current RN Indiana license.
  • PA - ARC-PA certification
  • ACLS certification
